Apply generously before sun exposure to all exposed areas and reapply every two hours or more often when swimming, sweating, or towel drying.

This product does not offer 100% protection from UVA/UVB rays. Prolonged sun exposure poses serious health risks. Avoid excessive sun exposure, even while using sunscreen.
